RecommendedJustin did a great job representing Red Rhino! Justin checked in the morning of his visit and requested to come early! While on the phone call, he asked where he should park! I was very impressed at the care and concern that he displayed. When he arrived, he promptly introduced himself and got right to work detecting leaks. He found 3 leaks and patched them up and made recommendations. We definitely would use them again! Thank you Justin! Boone
We had some leak issues and they spent lots of time finding them in the rain no less. They were very polite, knowledgeable and on time. So far so good. Rhino will be doing our repairs so this will be continued. Thank you Rhino!
First off, Red Rhino was prompt in answering. No leave a message and we'll get back to you. Answered the phone, made the appointment, showed up on schedule and fixed the leak. Something the company that just resurfaced the pool failed to acknowledge!! Great service by Austin. 5 Stars
Quick response to my call. Everything was explained clearly over the phone. Once the tech arrived, he reexplained the procedures and possible outcomes/fees. My three hour inspection located two minor problems. Unfortunately, Red Rhino could not repair my problem; however, the tech left an email and a text message for my pool maintenance company. Both spoke and my repair is scheduled. The cost seemed high, but I felt good about it when I saw the detail and time involved. I recommend Red Rhino 100%!
It was comforting to have good honest people to work with. The technicians were amazing and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Red Rhino to anyone needing their pool leaks fixed.
Since Hurricane Irma we have been dealing with numerous leaks in our spa which is attached to our pool. There have been 5 different leak detection companies and numerous pool renovation companies who have come out to look at our issues. One company tried to convince us that we had a broken pipe between our side drain and our main drain even though the company did not have any Sonar diagnostic equipment. Shawn was exceptional, kept me updated on all work being done, came back numerous times, always polite and friendly, came back on weekends, gave me his cell phone number to let him know of any unexpected problems, called when he was going to be late, just a very important part of RedRhino, you should be very proud to consider him a valued employee.
They came out in December and found my pool leaks and scheduled the repairs. My pool hasn’t leaked since. Noticed the light was looking like it may be missing the screw and was afraid of another leak but they sent a tech out to check and he explained what I was seeing but also made sure it wasn’t leaking. Great company! I highly recommend them!
Technicians Scott and Davis were exceptional, very thorough and top notch, congenial and patient. I would highly recommend Red Rhino if you want a quality job, well done‼️
