the office (very professional) explained everything and emailed me a copy of the contract with all of the costs involved and all of the warranties covered. the actual technician Paul was very professional and pleasant and took his time going through every detail looking for any possible leaks in all of this nooks and crannies of the pool.
We had a leak in our pool and they were very professional and found the leak right away and was able To Come Out the next to fix it! We were very pleased with the two gentlemen that came out they were very kind to work with and explained everything along the way!! This company has been absolutely outstanding. We had a leak in our spa piping and were losing about 1/2" water a day. I paid for one company to come out. He filled a hole in our grout and claimed that was it. I called them twice after and they ignored my calls. On the other hand, Red Rhino spent four hours diagnosing the problem, using sonar equipment to find precisely where the leak was. What a pleasure. I was full of anxiety before they came but with their thorough investigation, expertise, patience and kindness, he gave us a quote that was extremely fair and He left and I had a smile on my face. Definitely would highly recommend Red Rhino.

It was not an easy job to find a leak in my pool area. Scott was relentless and determined to find the source of the leak! It took over 6 hours and reinforcements but they got the leak pinpointed. A very professional group and I would gladly recommend them to anyone who has a pool leak problem.
