RecommendedTech by name of Jason called ahead and showed up on time. Great manners and went right to work investigating for leaks. Checked whole pool and lines, equipment , very through. Didn’t find anything but pointed out some possibilities and recommend I monitor closely. Called me back next day to follow up. Well worth the price in check up and assurances.

Red Rhino was recommended by my pool serving company. The initial call to request their went very well and the employee who answered the phone and spoke with me able the services they provide was very friendly. On the day of my scheduled appointment the technician arrived on time and called me to speak about my pool leak before he started. When he was finished he called me and explained what he did, where the leaks were located, and what would need to be done to fix the leaks. Tech(Allan Gerber) was on time, courteous, professional, and above all, thorough. He quickly found the source of the pool leak (skimmer), explained what caused the leak and what work would be required to fix the leak. He was able to provide a temporary fix to stop the leak and had us scheduled 3 days out for a permanent solution. We’re very pleased with Red Rhino’s service and highly recommend.
