Jon Sweeney was punctual and professional in detecting, explaining and temporarily fixing the two leaks that were identified. Jon also followed up with pictures of the leak areas and quotes for the permanent solutions. Jon also answered questions via text messages in regards to the permanent solution repair procedure. I am very satisfied and impressed so far. I plan to schedule the permanent repair solutions soon.
Red Rhino was very friendly and knowledgeable. The tech was always on time and kept me informed on everything. They found the leak and setup an appointment to get the leak fixed.

The tech spent hours assessing our pool. Unfortunately for us, that meant multiple leaks and big expensive repairs. Eek. But the tech explained everything and seemed very helpful. Hoping to have the repairs done soon.
The team that came out to locate the leaks in my pool were prompt, professional and polite. They took time to explain what they found and how they repaired the leaks.
