RecommendedRed Rhino did an excellent job on my pool. They fixed a broken fixture that's been a problem for years quickly and very inexpensive compared to what others had quoted me for the same repair. Their office was also superb communicating with us continually before the inspection, scheduling the service then following up to make sure we were happy. We are VERY happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone with a pool leak problem.

RecommendedMarc did an excellent and diligent job finding the leak in our pool. We appreciated the time (a little over 4 hr when typical is 1.5-2hr) to figure it out. He was knowledgeable, focused but friendly and answered all our questions. We do a lot of research before choosing a service provider and were very happy with Red Rhino. We highly recommend!

Tim, the gentleman that came to my home to check for the leak, called me as he was leaving to arrive at my home, & left me a voicemail, that he was on his way & would arrive in 40 minutes. When he came to my home, before he started to work , he was kind enough to explain what he was about to do. RecommendedSo professional right from the first phone call. Sent a email day before for a reminder. Very friendly staff they know exactly what to do . Explained just what he was doing when issues was diagnosed he called home base and a supervisor came out and assisted. This is the 3rd time in 5 years I have owned my home to use Red Rhino would use them again hopefully my old pool will be good to me until I can redo it.

RecommendedI highly recommend this company. Very professional. I have used other pool leak companies and by far they are the best. Not as expensive as other companies, who do half of the job they did. Greg explained everything he was doing. He was so friendly. Do not use anyone else.
