Repaired a serious water drainage issue on my Portico over the front door. Replaced rotted wood. Painted the new wood and installed siding on the underneath section of the portico. It looks great and we have had two heavy rainfalls since installed and there were no water issues. I am seriously happy! After contacting them they came out very quickly to look at the project and give me a quote. Repaired flashing around chimney, removed shingles around chimney and replaced, replaced pipe jack flashing, repaired shingles that had pop-up nails. The company was a little slow in scheduling the work, but not excessively. I suspect my job occurred during a very busy time. At any rate, when they did do the job, they cleaned up so thoroughly that I had to call to verify that the work had actually been done. Replace all vents in roof that were worn. Patched some areas that were leaking. Excellent. The salesman was professional, on time and gave good recommendations. Our roof will need to be replaced in about 3-5 years, but the work the did allows us time to save up for a new roof.

Replaced the entire roof. |Roof looks good. It took a loooong time and repeated phone call to get them to start and then complete the project. Many empty promises. |

the member was correct about the project taking longer than our standard business practice. We appreciated the members patience as we worked through a specification error. Fortunately, during our normal project review process the error was identified, and we upgraded the customer to a TPO single-ply roofing system for flat areas of her roof and honored the original price quoted. This is a follow-up re: previous work performed by the contractor. This is the continuing story regarding some work previously performed for our family by Red River Roofing (RRR)... Several years ago, hail destroyed our roof and the folks at RRR were hired to replace it with a 40-year GAF shingle for increased durability. The project was completed in a timely manner and with excellent workmanship. Estimate on roof replacement Fine, but too high.
Red River Roofing Companies, Inc. My house isn't really big. They did the house and they did the garage too. They have a 2 year warranty. It was fine. They were very nice people. They were reasonably priced. Several people that had used them and some at my insurance company had recommended them. The people that worked there were very nice.
