Just a 2 minute walk from our hotel this restaurant was a highlight discovery during our New York stay. The quirky decor , delicious well presented food , the knowledgeable and helpful staff made a most pleasurable dining experience. I would recommend the lump crab fish cake with shrimp and corn , accompanied by the “Craggy Range” Sauvignon Blanc .
As always The Red Eye Grill was wonderful! The food was superb and the atmosphere was glorious. That is why I keep coming back - only issue on this particular visit was they forgot that it was my dearest friends birthday. It was on the reservation and double-checked with the host upon arrival, but to no avail. 😞
Very good restaurant week lunch. Enjoyed the beautifully presented salmon entree.

The Redeye Grill staff "aims to please" and usually succeeds. On a different note, dining on their "terrace" on a lovely evening is marvelous.
