The girls got together for dinner and drinks prior to an event across the street. We got there early and stayed the entire time before the show; food came out promptly, but we were not rushed while our waiter kept our glasses full.
We went for an early Valentine's Day Dinner. Our server was attentive and welcoming, even after his section began to fill up. The ambiance is first rate, the kind of place a tourist would be lucky to find and a local would be pleased to pop in to. We are keen on drinks for live music, next time we check the place out.
Great New York experience. We shall return.
A great place with delicious food, very good service and so close to Carnegie Hall
Friendly service and delicious food
Our cocktails were very good as were our appetizers (oysters on the 1/2 shell and shrimp cocktail) though the shrimp was a tad tough no and dry. We then ordered the miso coated black cod as well the branzino and both weee very good. The Chablis wine we ordered was a good accompaniment. The chocolate cake was good but would be better if served not quite so cold. The cappuccino coffee was excellent. Our server was very good, personable and attentive.
From a warm welcome at the front, the waiter quickly followed through with efficient, knowledgable service. The food was superb Everything was professional with a welcoming hospitality.
Drinks were very good. But who in the kitchen thought it was a good idea to serve Brussels sprouts lukewarm and soggy?
Excellent. Redeye is our local go-to. The fiah tacos are spectacular!
