Great overall. Been going there for years. Never a disappointment.
We love the Redeye but last night we had to wait a ridiculously long time for our food. The service is usually spot on. I’m sure it won’t happen again. This is our go to restaurant for all Carnegie hall events and whenever we need a restaurant in midtown
Excellent service. Great food. The Delmonico and Lobster Mac are must haves, along with the onion rings.
Absolutely a must dine when in Manhattan
Server was nice, friendly, helpful but it took a long time to get the appetizer (not his fault) and then the main courses came while we were still eating the calamari. The kitchen has to get some kinks out but we would go back.
Dinner was a bit chaotic due to Valentine’s Day. Feel they took advantage of the day and increased prices. Wait staff was very professional and took excellent care of us
Redeye Grill is still a great venue with great energy and ambience. The live music was a hit with us. Having gone to Redeye on an off over the last 20 years, this last visit was disappointing. The service was mostly okay--timing could have been better, but it was the food that disappointed. It was Valentine’s Day so it was a busy night. While our waiter wasn’t always around when needed, the manager came over to check on us at just the right time. We had a great experience, enjoyed our dinner and would go back.
Amazing experience from ambience to service to food! Highly recommended!!!
