We loved everything that we ordered. Our waiter was very friendly and welcoming.
Great holiday brunch at Red-Eye Grill. The food and ambiance were great but the friendly, attentive service made the experience truly outstanding!
Being across from Carnegie Hall I expected a touristy experience. However I was pleasantly surprised by the food, the service, and the ambiance. We did use it as a pre-show dinner. I would do it again anytime. Very happy.
Busy Friday with reservations. Manager calming and efficiently checked people in, got them seated and checked on us later. Best seat in the house - well, we liked it anyway. Live entertainment was lovely and though we could hear fine, it didn’t intrude on conversation. Drinks and food were very good (pasta w/seafood-spicy without warning but tasty & salmon mushroom special). Of course we’ll come here again on next visit as we have been for 10 years.

The food, service and decor is super! Plus even though packed, the noise level was low so it was easy to have a conversation.
First time and it was really good. Outstanding service from the moment we entered the restaurant through leaving. Food is simple (that is a plus) and food was really well prepared, especially the fish.
The server offered only the water that we had to pay for, nothing else. There was a table behind us with a super loud guest. We asked to be moved but they could not accommodate. Otherwise we had a good time and the food was great.
The food is superb and the ambience warm and friendly. I return to the Red Eye Grill every time I am in NYC!
