I’ve been dealing with an awful mouse infestation at Redwood Hills Apartments for six weeks now, and it has been an absolute nightmare. Despite reporting this issue, management has done nothing meaningful to address it, and the problem has only grown worse. Snow removal is nonexistent, they barely salt or sand (I've fallen several times). They don't care about anyone's schedules and landscaping starts at 7 am whenever they feel like doing it. Maintainence is lazy; I was locked out of the building and, rather than do their job and come open the door, I was told "well dont you know any of your neighbors who could let you in instead?"
