Snow removal is nonexistent, they barely salt or sand (I've fallen several times). They don't care about anyone's schedules and landscaping starts at 7 am whenever they feel like doing it. Maintainence is lazy; I was locked out of the building and, rather than do their job and come open the door, I was told "well dont you know any of your neighbors who could let you in instead?"
