Maintenance always responds quickly no matter if the issue will take time to repair. Pest control is also always on site every week, usually only one visit from them is needed to resolve any issues.

First of all, it took weeks without anyone responding to my request. I had to put in multiple requests for the same thing several times. Until I called the office in Boston, I would have waited for several months. So disappointed.

I’ve been dealing with an awful mouse infestation at Redwood Hills Apartments for six weeks now, and it has been an absolute nightmare. Despite reporting this issue, management has done nothing meaningful to address it, and the problem has only grown worse.
