Maintenance always responds quickly no matter if the issue will take time to repair. Pest control is also always on site every week, usually only one visit from them is needed to resolve any issues.

Maintenance staff did excellent job for completing the repair at my unit! Responded very quickly and promptly. Very pleased with their service and assistance. Thank you so much to the Maintenance staff and Redwood Hills Mgt. Team for making a safe and great environment to rent and to live in!
