Overall, the facility felt very clean, organized and welcoming. The main purpose of my walk-in visit was to do pre-employment labs. The staff member who collected my labs behaved unprofessionally, and did not seem competent in their job. During the process, the staff member complained multiple times about having to find the right tubes, supplies, etc. The process of drawing blood came with multiple mistakes, which led to my being stuck twice, and having a massive hematoma. Front desk staff is not nice or in any hurry. I walked in 5 minutes before opening time and still waited over an hour to see a physician. Physician was nice but overall seemed like there no-one had urgency to get to patients.
Was my first time there. The NP was rude and condescending. I won’t be back was a terrible experience.
