The nurse at the front desk the day I went was unwelcoming. I know that we all have days that we do not want to be at work, don’t feel like dealing with people, or don’t feel well at all and would rather be at home. It shouldn’t show to customers the entire time of their visit as if you don’t want them there at all. The nurse that took me back into a room was using inappropriate language for someone that is a professional and was at their job. I arrived at approximately 8:30 a.m. on 6-2-2026. I waited at the front desk for maybe 10 to 15 minutes to be waited on and no one came so I left. Won't be back either.
