Overall, the facility felt very clean, organized and welcoming. The main purpose of my walk-in visit was to do pre-employment labs. The staff member who collected my labs behaved unprofessionally, and did not seem competent in their job. During the process, the staff member complained multiple times about having to find the right tubes, supplies, etc. The process of drawing blood came with multiple mistakes, which led to my being stuck twice, and having a massive hematoma. Front desk staff is not nice or in any hurry. I walked in 5 minutes before opening time and still waited over an hour to see a physician. Physician was nice but overall seemed like there no-one had urgency to get to patients.
Was my first time there. The NP was rude and condescending. I won’t be back was a terrible experience.
We waited for over two hours for a strep test.
I pay my copay and tons of money to insurance each year. I know my body and I know how I feel. I came in I have a cold or something and just simple wanted a shot to help knock some stuff out. Which has never been an issue. I’m not asking for pain meds. Basically they wanted me to take more test and spend more time or I wasn’t getting anything. The staff at the front window and the nurses were nice. But felt like the dr had no bedside manner when it came to a child. Felt like she was not trying to hear me out when I was telling her where led up to the visit. Then instead of testing for all 3 things she had mentioned at once. She only tested for the one. It came back positive. But was going to have to go through 2 more swabs had that been negative.
Came in with knee pain and was put in a brace and sent on my way
The people are great I would definitely recommend, the only thing is the waiting time took me almost 2 to 3 hours but besides that excellent
The therapist Amanda was great and really took the time to talk with me about my son and his ADHD. The man doctor I didn’t get his name because he was in such a hurry to get out of the room. He came in asked how Wyatt was said he would send his refills to the pharmacy and I had to stop him to speak with him about Wyatt needing some afternoon medication because the other wasn’t working.
