My experience was excellent. I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. The serviceman arrived much earlier than expected, and let me know by phone and text beforehand to make sure I was going to be there. He fixed the problem with the furnace quickly.
We have had Mayberry oil that now is also region oil. Snice at least 1974. Can't say enough good things.anytime we called they were there and also the insulation of two new oil burners. We will be turning the keys over to a new family that will be moving in. And I will let them know how well you took care of us. Thanks for everything. Barb
Been trying to fix an issue on their end with lost payment since June! Yet again not fixed and out of oil! On a cold winter morning and they will not put in a delivery!! Terrible customer service. Nothing like they used to be!
I purchased a $15,000 furnace and water heater and was installed last day in November and we have had NOTHING but Problems. We have called service on it numerous times, the whole installation process was nothing but a nightmare. The salesman was nothing but rude and have asked NUMEROUS times to speak to a manager overall to region and have got nothing. The sales Manager called who apparently is the gentleman who was here for the sales for the unit. We do not get an actual overall Manager. We AGAIN had an issue last week and ... read more
Horrible service
I have been trying to get a permit for (3) 120g tanks for 3 months from the propane department. (90) days and now I don't even get returned phone calls. The last time I called December 17th, 2021 was told somebody would get back to me in 24 hours. December 20th, 2021... 1:46 pm still waiting. I've called so many times to the propane side...I won't speak bad about any particular people in the propane side, but Dennis Clemens needs to know there is no customer service, nor simple communication!
