THE WORST. Had an issue SINCE SEPTEMBER!!!! They just came out in MAY to fix it. After taking down the parts required last September they suddenly have the incorrect parts. Had half a year to fix the issue but didn’t and now are complaining it is too hot …. RUDE ALL AROUND. And don’t waste your time trying to contact customer service - they will repeatedly tell you they will put a note in and call back. Good luck. If I could give a negative review I would.
