I was handling an emergency situation with a dog that was actively choking—her tongue turning blue—when I was shocked to learn that your facility would not accept her. Instead, I was told we would need to drive all the way to Greensboro. How can an animal hospital refuse a critical patient in respiratory distress? The refusal to provide immediate life-saving intervention not only jeopardized this dog’s life, but also calls into question the integrity and purpose of calling this establishment an animal hospital.

I do not recommend this hospital to anyone who loves their pets. we had to take our Chihuahua there after hours on Saturday evening , they wouldn't even look at our little boy unless we gave them a deposit of $800. I understand business and have been in management for over 40 years. the technician talked over me would not listen to anything that I had to say. was extremely rude. to them it's about the money all about the money I saw no compassion while I was there. from now on my pets go to a much better emergency hospital. ... read more

I brought my black lab here yesterday evening during emergency hours. Overall, I paid $3,000 dollars to not even know what’s going on with her. Many x rays later, treatments, and no one could confirm a blockage. The lack of compassion from the vet, the inattentive staff, I would not recommend this vet, unless you like throwing money away.
Took my cat to have them JUST CHECK if he had a snake bite and I made that very clear. They ignored my wishes and treated him for something that could not harm him. It was just a scratch it wasn’t a snake bite. But all they did was shave his foot and apply some ointment and then charged me $300 to get him back. This place is a joke and doesn’t care about you or your animals. I’ve heard about them killing and abusing animals too so stay far far away from this “vet” if they can even call themselves that.
