The doctors are very helpful and always so kind to me. The reason I didn’t give a 10, is because everytime I come into the office to check in, the lady at front desk, is a tad bit rude and sarcastic. I don’t go to the doctors for sarcasm or to be treated like a child. I go there to be seen and treated. She is nice at times, won’t say all the time she’s rude. But she’s made me feel uncomfortable with her tone and sarcasm to me, that sometimes I second guess coming back.
Friendliness, quick appointments and service and follow up.
Kind, friendly, supportive staff
The level of care is not as thorough as it used to be. But I still like the staff and all the services provided in house.
