I like all the staff and I feel like my doctors are competent and care about my health.
It was my first experience, and there are some improvements that could be made by the front desk/administration (I didn't know the paperwork was going to take so long, and would've liked to know to come in earlier than I did) and the sonographer (she was very awkward about letting me video chat with my spouse waiting in the car, and told me very sensitive misinformation about my pregnancy).
Dr. Jackson is amazing! Super friendly and welcoming. Explains everything in detail. The best OBGYN ever!
