It was my first visit to any sort of OB/GYN and they made me feel very comfortable. The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because I felt a little rushed at times, but I recognize that isn't really their fault because doctors are busy and schedules are kind of hard these days. I still felt very comfortable and taken care of.
I had a very good encounter with the Dr and all the staff

I love Dr. Katz! The front office at Chevy Chase is very friendly and helpful.
Personable and efficient doctor, assistant, and front desk staff.
Nice enough staff/doctors, but not a lot of time to process and ask questions. One of them gave me my results of my ultrasound in the lobby, which I thought was in appropriate. Also the waiting room is so uninviting.
I have always thought that the doctors and staff at Reiter, Hill, Johnson know what they are doing and care for their patients.
Reiter, Hills and Johnson is the best place for taking care of women. Each doctor I visited such as Dr. Hill, Paula and Heather are very warm and genuine. I think Shirley is the administrative manager (I think I have the right name) also very cooperative and helpful when I explained issue and had to do DNC. More than anything I would like to thank you all of you who take care all of us. Regards WS
