I always given RHJ a 10 when it comes to recommending someone but dropped it to 8 this time due to the incredible difficulty I experienced trying to communicate, book an appointment and get my prescription refilled. My visit itself was extremely pleasant but I had spent 30-45 minutes on hold on 8 separate occasions, was disconnected once and left 4 voicemails only one of which got a response. If these communication issues were to continue I would feel no choice but to find another practice.

Scheduling was great. Everyone is friendly and professional, both in office and on the phone. Covid precautions were being practiced. I was taken on time. And of course, Dr. Johnson is always supportive and very thorough. I completely trust my care to her. It was a great experience as in past years. Thank you.
