Sam is the best! The store is great, but the staff is so helpful! Sam helped my friend select a chair, and while he was doing that I was eyeing a desk. Same helped me make my decision. And then the magic happened. This became an absolutely wonderful experience. Shipping delays combined with a knee fiasco, and there was no way I could build the desk when delivered. I think the staff at Relax the Back in Bellevue Washington are the Best. The true test of how good a store is is when the Sales Person/Delivery Person says to you that he “loves working at this RTB store because they have the best staff to work with”. And they truly do.
