While Matt has provided outstanding customer service from the first time we entered the store throughout the delivery process and through a problem with out Gravis recliner, I am VERY disappointed with the chair itself. I am currently waiting for the delivery of a new chair and hope that it lasts longer than the first chair did which was less than a month from delivery.
