Chelsea was there to help me out and I remember her from a year ago when I first went to Relax the Back store to check out massage chairs. She was so helpful and friendly that by the time I came around this year I looked for her because I wanted her to help me again to purchase the Dreamwave massage chair. She went out of her way to help me get the cream-colored one even though it showed on the screen it was not in stock she called up the company and they actually did have a couple inside the warehouse. Wonderful customer service from Matt when I went in to the store with a complaint about a Perfect chair that I had gotten on warrantee for a chair I purchased from you years ago. The memory foam was uncomfortable, and Matt took the pad apart and redid the foam so that it was Perfect just like the chair! Thanks!
