The service was excellent. The back support I purchased works beautifully. I will return to purchase a recliner as soon as the update to my condo is completed.

I was fortunate enough to encounter a very knowledgeable & helpful salesman when I went to Relax the Back looking for a pillow. I explained my issues with prior neck surgeries and current disc problems. He asked questions about my sleeping habits then recommended a pillow. I tried it in the store but was unsure about spending so much money due to previous on-line pillow purchases (non-refundable, of course) that hadn't lived up to the hype.
