Great customer service, staff was friendly and helpful. The chair we got became very uncomfortable after 40 days, the rollers dug into my back, I was not able to return it and it was not usable. It was the cheapest chair in the store, but I expected comfort more than 40 days.

Bryan I am glad you had a good customer service experience as we always strive to give the very best. We have a generous return policy especially on massage chairs, where the manufacter does not take them back under any circumstance, we still do within a certain time period. When we called you and your wife to follow up you said you both were liking the chairs so I am not sure what has happened since then and I am very sorry, but we just cannot resell massage chairs that have been in a clients home that long. When I needed help, someone who (“I don’t work here “) assisted me. A friend of an employee? Another customer was in the store and had an unleashed dog that jumped on me. Not a good or relaxing experience.

Beth we are truly sorry for your experience. We do sometimes have long term clients that will attempt to assist other clients when the store is busy so that might have been the person who tried to assist you. As for the dog jumping on you we are sorry and have a policy that dogs must be leashed. We do not usually have unleashed dogs in the store so I am sorry this was not your experience and we will make sure going forward to have all staff adhere to that policy on a stricter basis.

I purchased a laBlanc chair and was having some problems with it, I took it to the store for a resolution to get it fixed. they were unable to help me with it that day. I was given information to order parts from the factory. your store ordered the parts for me, I paid for the parts and waited over a month for the parts. I think I have a solution, but the whole process seems as slow as a slug, several months have passed. hope the parts work. brett was very good at following up with me.

The store experience was great. Very helpful and informative. Due to financial circumstances, we were not able to purchase the TemperPedic mattress at the time, though planned to return to do so. The salesman discussed mattress toppers with us though said there was not a return option. Because there was not one in stock to try and we didn’t want to purchase something without a return availability, we searched online for a place that would return the topper if we were unhappy and decided to buy a temporary fix to our mattress... read more

We felt we were being very generous as we went beyond the 30 day policy and it was during Covid we allowed you to keep the non returnable bedding item and still refunded more than half the cost. great customer service, chair is mediocre. on reflection, the chair is not suitable for me @ 6'6" and I should have insisted on an XL model instead of what was sold to me.
