I left a google review after I purchased a pillow with a family member on 4/17/19 and the family member received a call and a written response to their review offering a refund and I got nothing. We bought the same thing at the same time but I get ignored. Yep this franchise/company sucks. They offer a refund and apology to one but not another??? Lame

The employees I talked to were not the most helpful. I said I was looking for a back brace and she only showed me the most expensive one (way out of my price range). I found the cheaper one on my own. Then she stood there while I tried it on, and thought about buying it, did not give me any space. They didn’t have my my size (which she knew) so I was debating getting the small one, but it was too small. She told me they didn’t know when they’d get more in. I have been a long time customer of Relax the Back and you have done a great job in the past. But I have this chair I bought in December that doesn't seem to be working correctly. I know you are really busy with all your sales, but you really need to make time to check out what is wrong with my chair. Maybe I should get back to you in January when sales might be slower?

The company keeps sending me promotional adds but then I can't get the rest of the story from the one local store. Very frustrating.
