I wanted to call out Sal for providing exceptional customer service, friendliness and support. I had a mattress that wasn't working out for me and I had passed the exchange window by. He provided the solution to exchange it out for another floor model and I'd pay the difference. Most stores wouldn't have done anything other than say sorry. My new mattress is working out so much better for me and I am so thankful they provided that solution. Jill and I were either meant for each other or a total mismatch. Lots of boo boos and back and forth...the mismatch worked out and we’re a match. Went to 3 different stores but their customer service was the best! Love my new cool comfort with adjustable base. Love my new pillows and really appreciate Jill and Dan’s customer service.
