Even though my bed was back-ordered, I still thought the service at the store and by the delivery men was excellent! The delivery men spent time taking apart my bed and installing the new one and took time to show me how to use the remote for my adjustable bed. At the store, the sales staff took time to walk me through features to make sure I got the bed I liked/needed.

Relax the Back sells excellent products, and Sal and the other associates go the extra ten miles to make sure I get the exact fit I need for the special folding lower back sacral support I chose. The store manager, Sal, provided excellent customer service. I bought the chair a couple years ago but when I needed assistance in prepping.the chair for a move he responded immediately and had it ready for the movers the next day.
