Sales people were great. They were knowledgeable, handled my return of the first desk chair with no problem and helped me find the right one, which looks like it will serve me well. Nice to have a good selection of quality furniture in several price ranges.

My initial call was to a representative in the Houston office who is no longer employed there. Fortunately the store manager Tim Stanley was there to help and answer all my questions. I can't speak highly enough about his courtesy and knowledge of the product. He gave me the confidence to place an order an behalf of my client. He is very pleased with the purchase. Thank you. Our Hale Air Premium Leather Chair was delivered by Maxli and Yesid on Friday morning. They were very careful in bringing the chair up 3 flights of stairs and did not bump or scratch anything. They carefully set up the chair and demonstrated chair operation. We highly recommend Relax the Back Rice Village and this delivery team to any prospective customers.

I worked with Sal on what must be a minuscule order for his store: replacement arms for two 12 year old Lafuma recliners - that were not even purchased at this store! They are a hard find because the chairs are discontinued. He researched, contacted the manufacturer, called me with prices and placed the order. The package (containing the correct style arms) arrived at my house in just a few days. Overall a huge amount of effort on Sal’s part for just *** $46 *** plus shipping.
