I would like to complement Linda Garcia at the Relax The Back - Galleria Area. She did an exceptional presentation of the products. I walked in the store out of curiosity just looking and walked out with the purchased a Zero Gravity Recliner and a Tempur-pedic bed! Nero Wolfe and I have three things in common: 1- we both are detectives; 2 - we both weigh 1/7th of a ton but I'm 6"1" tall; and 3 - we both have a "custom" FAVORITE chair we use every day - a LOT - for years! Ron and Mark were extremely helpful in helping me improve my ergonomic set-up (including a home visit to assess my current workspace). After figuring out what was wrong, Ron made sure I chose the right desk chair and foot rest and didn't try to oversell me on a bigger, more expensive chair, which he easily could have. All around excellent service!
