Initially responsive, then kinda peters out and no response on lingering issues. Edit - here is exactly what I am talking about. Initially posted this review - they respond - and the email is wrong (misspelled), and there is no response when I reached out to them to the correct email. Like I said - initially responsive then peters out with no response to help resolve lingering issues.

I requested a return weeks ago. The product was picked up by the company after calling back several times to request it be picked up. Then to add insult to injury, my money was never refunded.

In Kirby store, Erik explained the function of the chair, help me brought my chair into the store, do the demo again and again, re adjust my old chair. but the lady who and answer the phone at 1 pm was unfriendly.
