I am very disapointed with my pillow. I think it is not the least comfortable, more like sleeping on a brick. Not even a pillow-case that fits.

The buying experience of an expensive recliner was excellent. However, it didn't work well for me, and trying to return it under the 30 day guarantee gets poor response. I requested a return on July 1, "Ron" told me he'd put the request in the system then and someone would call me. Then on July 5 the salesman, "Ray", left a message for me, I returned the call, left a message that I wanted to schedule the return, and he didn't call back.
