Looking for an inexpensive lumbar pillow. Found one for $30 but when got home saw that we were sold a memory one. Returned to the Westheimer/Post Oak store.

The Zero Gravity chair I paid for was not a new chair but a chair that was on the sales floor for 8 days. I requested a new chair & my Request was denied.

Good local customer service but when I special ordered a desk chair the wrong chair was delivered. Now I have to wait another three weeks for delivery.

I am very disapointed with my pillow. I think it is not the least comfortable, more like sleeping on a brick. Not even a pillow-case that fits.

Good in store experience. Selected chairs delivered promptly. Chairs did not fit back or decor and were returned. Slow on credit.

The buying experience of an expensive recliner was excellent. However, it didn't work well for me, and trying to return it under the 30 day guarantee gets poor response. I requested a return on July 1, "Ron" told me he'd put the request in the system then and someone would call me. Then on July 5 the salesman, "Ray", left a message for me, I returned the call, left a message that I wanted to schedule the return, and he didn't call back.
