Outstanding customer service. We purchased our bed two years ago, and we love it. We needed a little help with getting the beds straightened up and the manager, Charles P, came out that same afternoon and helped us. It doesn’t get any better than this folks! I have a couple of issues with the bed: when you buy two twins and put them together for a king there needs to be a permanent attachment of the frames, also my husband is 6’3’ and his feet hang off of the bed when he tries to sleep on his back…he doesn’t like the zero... read more

We visited the store on Market St yesterday Nov 11,2022. I can not tell you what a great experience we had. The incredible man who was working around 1 was one of the best employees we have ever encountered. We are visiting Texas from NJ for the first time. Antonio was fabulous all the way around. He’s a very patient man and takes his job seriously. My chair and mattress were a godsend as I have terribly painful joints and spinal cord from an autoimmune disease. Only complaint is that I did not purchase them sooner!!

I am 5'9" in height and weigh 150 pounds. I started having lower back issues so I went to Relax The Back in The Woodlands, Texas 77380. I met with Antonio and after talking with him for a few minutes telling him of my lower back issues, he suggested the X3 Management Chair.
