Good customer service from Charles and Reena. I asked loads of questions and they were both very knowledgeable about the Thermagel mattress. The delivery men, Jorge and Juan were very good at setting up the bed. I asked them to raise the feet on the bed and they were very patient in getting the legs to extend, which were difficult to rotate as they had just come from the manufacturer. They took time to make sure both the sides of the bed (kingsize) were level. Both were so helpful. It was a very pleasant experience. Jan T
