The sales mgr in the store was great and he spent a few hours making sure we were comfortable with the Innada Deamwave. In addition when we brought it he made sure that the service dept checked out our chair before delivery!

I paid $2300 and nobody has called me to even discuss a delivery. I expected more after driving an HOUR to get to your store.

Both times I entered the store, I was the "up" for Dee and both times she had to enter the store behind me, coming in from a smoke break. At the time of my purchase (07112018), the floor model sale was in progress. I wanted a simple zero gravity chair to replace one I had purchased from Brookstone. After I agreed to the price and was purchasing, I was told the "bladder" that inflated the lumbar support was not working. We purchased the chair 6-15 and check cleared the bank on 6-18. Was told that if I got a RX I would be refunded the $255.67 of tax. Got the RX and sent it in. Got a letter talking about the refund. Was told it would take about 3 weeks. This is June 20. No refund check. Quite concerned.

Great service while I was in store. No one called me when my desk came in. I called store and it was there. My husband went by to pick up and it needed assembly. When chair came in about a week later, no one called me when it came in. When your in back pain you want your ergonomically correct furniture ASAP. You all need improvement here.

Scott was great , but my actual salesperson at the store( I believe her name was Sierra )was lazy , apathetic , clueless ,rude, misinformed and in general has no idea what she is doing . She is not an asset to your store > I have a feeling she got credit for the sale , but Scott did all of the work , gave all the info and did the follow up . took too long to receive bed - still have not received gift sheet set - and no word on refund of sales tax for physician prescription.
