We originally went in to RtB just to get more info on Tempurpedic but had plans to try to purchase elsewhere. However, we found Dee so helpful and the pricing so competitive that we decided to purchase there. Dee made the process fun and easy for us and we are in love with our new mattress and base. Dee provides amazing customer service. I needed a chair right away and they sold me the floor model at a discount and picked up chair the same day! refunded the tax when I got my Dr to provide prescription. Love my positive posture chair!
