The manager put aside a chair I was interested in to allow me time to view it in person ( I had only seen the ad). Brittany explained everything about the chair when I went in. The delivery was seamless. Customer service for minor adjustments was fast and efficient. Thanks !

Sales person was excellent answering all questions. Delivery gentlemen were even better. Arrived earlier than expected but were great in bringing chair in, moving existing chair, and ensuring satisfaction. Very careful in maneuvering through my very crowded house, didn't hit a thing and I'm a knick knack person.
