The sales person that I worked with was very nice, but the pillow is terrible. My pain significantly worsened (and I continued to use it for a lengthy period of time to see if it would get better) and I am no longer using the pillow that I spent $160 on. Pretty disappointed at best.

I was kinda disappointed because we went into the showroom in Las Vegas and purchased a nice office chair. Later when looking at the website I noticed that similar chairs were at the most $2900. We were charged over $3400, $3600+ with tax, and this was a model off the floor. Amazing chair, but I think someone played us. 😳

Hi Mr. James, I went ahead and looked up the chair you purchased to see why the price might have been different. The chair you purchased had a few upgrade options that are not available online. First, it has a deep contour seat to help provide additional support in the seat. Second, it has a few leather upgrades including textured leather around the sides of the chair and contrast piping.
