I went into the Relax The Back Store to look at a chair I found online. Upon entering the store I was greeted by Ches. He asked a lot of questions about my back pain and how I sit in the chair. Turns out the chair I thought I needed wasn't what I needed at all. Ches took the time to really understand my needs and insured that the chair I purchased was the right one for me.
