My husband has back problems, so for his birthday I went to the back store and looked around. My salesperson, Ryan came up to me and took me through the store and helped me patiently with EVERYTHING! He was great! He helped me try on braces etc. I really appreciate everything he did. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Matthew Helm and the staff at Relax the Back are amazing! Our 101 year old, Nana fell out of bed and needed a recliner ASAP. 4 hours after my initial contact, the chair was in her home and in the exact location that she wanted it. That took some time! :) They were so very kind and patient with her as she had them move other small furniture around in the room to make everything just “perfect”!
