Love my Hale 2.0 zero gravity recliner. I have chronic pain in the cervical and thoracic spine & have been unable to rest or sleep well for years. Within 10 minutes of sitting in the chair I was getting great relief from the pain & discomfort. Customer Service is always excellent - Ashley Johnson was very helpful helping me choose the right chair.
