Everything was great except that I was talked into buying a chair that was on order without even sitting in it. I was wanting a good chair on a budget. This wasn't the one for me. They gladly took the chair back, and I ordered a premium leather Lifeform chair that I truly wanted.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. The salesperson listened to my back pain alleviation needs and found some products for me to try in the store.
