What amazing customer service! I bought a new car and the seats killed my back. Kim and Alan helped me on repeated visits to find the right cushion. They were patient and so committed to helping me - not just making a sale. I actually was ready to return the car for a loss and Kim would not give up on me. I just finished an 8 hour drive and so thankful for their help. This is the place to go when looking for pain relief and all things ergonomic. I will be going back again soon!!!
