Everything was great except follow through. I purchased a chair and took it home. I returned to ask for the warranty paperwork and was told it would be emailed because there was none at the store. Three weeks later....still waiting. Hope that is not a reflection of future service if there's a problem.

Shopping for a recliner/lift chair was a pleasure at Relax the Back of Greenville. All the options and choices were explained very nicely. When my mom picked the chair that she liked best, they brought it to her house to use for a month until the color chair that she desired could be ordered and delivered. That's great customer service and we appreciate it!
