In store support was great. However, we were told we would have bed in our home in 10 days. It will be 3 weeks actually. If we had ordered on Amazon it would have been 3 day delivery. Probably need to review the process.

Product is a 5 for sure; the service was 1; store employees seem unable to use phones. Didn't call to deliver the mattress; took a month to get the pillows and we had to make all the calls to make that happen. Too bad, we love the mattress.

Bought a massage chair and mattress a week ago that was supposedly in stock , haven’t had any contact they just keep telling me to call back tomorrow spent 10,300 dollars and still haven’t received product and just keep getting the run around not happy at all
