Relax the Back went above and beyond the normal customer service. I had a total knee replacement. The chair that I had ordered was not here in time, so Relax the Back gave me a loaner chair like the one that I had ordered to use until mine came in.What a life saver. I actually slept in the chair until mine arrived and then I slept in mine as well.I have told all of my friends about the outstanding service😊

Chuck did an excellent job! We ordered the chair on Thursday and it was delivered on Saturday. Nestor did the white glove delivery and was also excellent.

First the delivery of the chair was right on time and the two men did an excellent job getting in the house and setting it up for me. My wife and I had many questions for Chuck Voelker, store manager, and he was able to answer them and a few he had to call the corp office on what was in stock and delivery time. All were answered in a timely manner. After leaving the store and studying the literature, I had a few more questions which Chuck answered via email.
