We had a product failure. I took it to the store where it had been purchased 7 weeks earlier. The sales lady remembered me, checked the product, saw the failure and gave me a new one! Couldn't have been nicer!

Staff treat you like a family member, inquire about your needs and give you individualized attention for as long as you need. They even checked in with me a week or so later. The warehouse staff where I picked up my chair showed me everything I needed to know and to call if I had any questions or problems even after the warranty runs out they could help me troubleshoot.
