I stopped in to buy a pillow and I was on crutches cause of a swollen knee. I was blown away by my customer service I received from Natalie. She was so helpful and caring over my knee and neck issue. Love the pillows I bought! She let elevate my leg for 5 minutes in a chair to help relax it. Highly recommend this store.

Excellent customer service and an overall excellent experience. Natalie was very knowledgeable and guided my fiancée to the perfect bed and after over a month of sleeping on it, hands down the best bed I have ever owned.
