Another great quality and supportive neck roll pillow made in the U.S.A. I continue trying to find a way to help with my decade-long severe migraines. Pam, the owner, was very helpful and friendly. She had already helped me before when I was looking for a small pillow to relieve the painful pressure of a shoulder injury at night.
