Chair is working great!
Everything was perfect! Salesperson was knowledgeable and delivery was great.
Our lift chair was purchased nine years ago. The remote for the adjustments stopped working. Daniel, an employee at the store handled our request for a new remote. He called the main office in Pennsylvania and ordered us a new one. We are awaiting delivery.
The Store Manager was very knowledgeable and accommodated my shipment timely as needed.

From purchase to delivery the experience was great! Daniel could not have been more helpful. When he found out the chair was for my husband’s birthday, he promised to try to get it in time - in 1 week instead of the usual 2. I didn’t expect it to happen, but it did! The chair was delivered on his birthday. The chair is divinely comfortable & the service was excellent.
Daniel assisted me with placing my order over the phone Friday evening at the Santa Monica Store, and he was great! When I came to pick up my order on Sunday, the in store-sales guy was behind the desk on his phone, while customers were walking around. I walked up to the desk and explained I was there to pick up my items from ordering over the phone. He was gruff, didn’t smile, didn’t say thanks for ordering.
